These are primarily being carried out on paper or with legacy IT systems that no longer meet the demands of a modern healthcare provider and a changing regulatory system. MEG is a SAAS based system which simplifies how healthcare organisations manage quality and patient safety. We do this with mobile tools for audit, quality improvement planning, incident report and document management.
