We are a medical device component manufacturer focused on high precision coiling of extreme diameters and all forms of medical wire processing. We also grind medical wire and stainless steel tube to customer’s specifications producing various profiles in both wire and tube. Included in our services is a rapid prototyping service where product development engineers can avail of very quick turnaround times. These services are available to Medical device manufacturers worldwide. We have a new 3000 ft2 white room, class K mode, which we use for medical device assembly and other value add processes to compliment our production. Operating within ISO certified facilities, we manufacture all products in our purpose built premises in Limerick, Ireland. We are ISO 13485 certified, for the manufacture of medical device, manufacturing a range of components for OEMs and contract manufacturers alike. We have recently launched a range a medical guidewires, we specialize in guidewire prototyping. We also manufacture a medical tube/catheter reinforcement coil called The Integra with anti kink and radial strenght properties.
